Market deployment
All Pilot Projects are close to the market and therefore have a high commercial potential. This means that the Pilots focus on applications at post-prototyping level (> TRL5), with the potential for full market deployment in a time span of 3 to 5 years.
Methodology
The Vanguard Initiative has implemented an innovative methodology for developing concrete results that is deployed by all the Pilot Projects. The methodology consists of four subsequent phases: learn, connect, demonstrate, commercialise.
