Taking place ahead of the I3 Annual Forum, the event aims to share practical experiences of using the I3 Instrument to promote and implement interregional innovation collaboration. Based on these shared experiences, recommendations will be formulated to improve the instrument and make it fit for purpose for the next programming period, 2028–2034.
