The 3DP Pilot Demo Case focusing on ‘AM in the Built Environment’ (led by the region South-Netherlands) aims at further deploying the use of 3D Printing in the construction sector and recent evolutions in the region further confirmed the high potential of the ‘AM in Built’ field. Indeed, as reported, among others, by ArchDaily, on April 30, 2021, tenants of the first 3D printed concrete house in the Netherlands received their keys. The house in Eindhoven (South Netherlands)—the first of five within the 'Milestone Project'—fully complies with all the country's construction requirements. More information about this project here.
